The Oberon Plateau Tourism Association works in conjunction with The Oberon Council to promote the Oberon area and provide quality information to both residents as well as visitors.

The Visitor Information Centre is co-located with the Oberon CTC Centre on the corner of Ross Street and Edith Road, Oberon NSW 2787 Phone: 02 6336 0666 fax 02 6336 2255. The centre provides internet access along with information on the Oberon Plateau and beyond.

OPTA Members may display brochures free of charge.

Meetings

Held the evening of the second Monday of each month, except for December and January. For venues, please contact the Secretary.

Oberon Food & Wine, a sub group of OPTA meets on the first Monday of each month. For venues, please contact the Secretary.

Annual Subscriptions

Base Fee: $40
Business Levy:

$5 per remaining month of the financial year

Website Development and Management

Stralia Web is the designer and manager of the official OPTA and Visitor Information Centre website - www.oberonweb.com.

OPTA recommends Stralia Web's services to all OPTA Members.

Members of the Association are entitled to a free business card listing on the official website. Food producer members (including anyone who provides local food as part of their business) also gain a free listing in the Oberon Food & Wine Produce Directory.
